A few weeks ago I had my F-150 truck in for a window mechanism repair and was satisfied with the skilled work performed by Honest-1 Auto Care. This week Honest-1 Auto Care diagnosed the problem and repaired my daughters Crystler PT Cruiser. I am happy to know that I've found a repair facility that is competent and that I can trust. Sunny Saini is the owner and is a pleasant young man who greets you at the front desk and provides the estimates. I trust him...and their work.

This is our fourth visit for the service during the past eight months for our two X3 BMW SUVs and we are delighted to state that on every visit we left the Honest 1 with the greatest satisfaction. Sunny and his office manager Carter and the technicians greeted us with smiling faces. Listened to us and completed the services to our cars with prompt attention.

Fast and friendly service, maintains enough staff to be attentive to customers, clean and comfortable waiting and reception area. A pleasant experience, all around.My family and i bring our cars here all the time and each time we are very pleased with the service provided. They also explain in great detail how something works if you ask them. They can even tell you the reasons behind each repair needed. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone!!!

The service was outstanding today,and I am very pleased. I had to purchase a battery,and Chris is a outstanding employee.

This place is anything but honest . They don’t deserve any ratting at all. Actually they should be called Dishonest-1 Auto Don’t Care. I took my car there for a simple oil and filter change . After the service I drove home only to find out the mechanic just topped off my oil and did not change the filter. If you care for your car DON’T take it to this God forsaken shop.

Honest 1 Management- We were very displeased when we first saw this review, But in our further research into this issue we noticed some discrepancies. The customer listed in this review had this service performed on 1/29/2015 at 1:44PM, Almost three years ago! and is just now placing a negative review for reasons we cannot understand. We strive to be the best we can and would never risk fraud on any of our customers! We absolutely believe there is more to this customers story. Also I believe this customer does not know that this location has been under new management for the past year, This falsely reflects the quality and hard work we have been showing constantly with our multiple high reviews we have been getting recently. As new owners and management all we can offer is we are sorry you had that experience but this does not accurately reflect the current owners performance nor our work ethic. We stand behind our work...3 Years or 36,000 Miles Nation Wide!
