I called because my truck overheated close by..it was late in the day and 2days before Thanksgiving!! ( like really?..who needs that) I called spoke to Carter😊 I didn't feel rushed he was able to offer advice,got my vehicle in asap and was able to get it fixed faster than I had expected😊 I finished my transactions with Sunny! He too was awesome! Price was definitely affordable! It was Black Friday i had money to spend elsewhere lol! The waiting room was clean at all times! I know where I'm taking my vehicle now for all my car repair needs!

Sonny, the owner is one of the most honest auto repair services I have come to know. He takes time with the customer & addresses every issue with your car, diagnosis and remedies the problem with the best solution & that meet a persons budget. I am grateful to him & his staff. We take both our older and newer cars in to Honest-1 for service and inspections. They have never tried to sell us services that are not needed, earning them our repeated business. The staff is always friendly and remembers our family, even the daughters who are away at college. We have had experiences with garages in Norfolk telling the girls they needed repairs, and when the girls brought the cars home, Honest-1 said those repairs weren't necessary. So the name Honest-1 really is true in our case.

We take all of our cars to Honest-1 for our service. They are always. as the name says, honest with what really needs to be done. The staff is friendly and they do quick, excellent work.

Sunny and his team have done a wonderful job on my car I've had everything from oil changes to brake calipers and rotors done. Don't know what happened with the past ownership but this new team is great
