I called Jeff in crisis-mode on a Friday morning and he was able to schedule a same-day appointment to fix a flat. Jeff worked with me the entire (so many good puns) time to ensure the proper product was procured at a fair price. It was an expensive job, but I drive a Mini and expect nothing less. :)

Honest 1 Auto Care is the most welcoming and comfortable auto shop I've been to. Tim and Jeff helped create a friendly atmosphere, and showed honesty and expertise. I plan to continue to come to this neighborhood friendly shop in the future.
