I've been taking my vehicles to this shop for 4 years. However just recently my wife took my car in to have the brake pads and only the brake pads replaced. Well this is the second time I've had a vehicle taken here to replace brake pads. And this is the second time I've told them to replace only the brake pads. However both times they have replaced the brake pads and rotors. Considering that these mechanics do great work, but the shop as a whole can't listen to their customers I will no longer be using this shop for their services. Not so "Honest" if you ask me.

Service was quick and in my opinion done excellent.

The staff was friendly. I felt that they gave me good feedback on my car and explained things well. Really great service!

They helped to explain that changing a low beam bulb on a 2005 Honda Accord is more difficult than presented in the owner's manual and involves removing tires to gain access. Worth the cost involved. Even videos about doing it showed the removal of fenders to gain access. Honda has made changes regarding access after 2007.

Am grateful you pursued an alternate solution (& much less costly) to the concern that the warning lights were indicating.

I received coupons for service when I moved to the area. During an oil change they identified other issues that needed to be taken care of, and advised me on which ones were urgent because I am in a tight budget. When I took my car in for service, the estimate was spot-on (including labor) and I had my car back the next day.
