They were quick and didn't feel ripped off. Loved that they had a loaner available. I was in and out for drop off and pick up quickly. They communicated timely.

I was Honestly pleased with Honest-1. We had not found a place to take our cars after moving but AAA needed to tow our car and highly recommended Honest-1. How could we not trust them?And we did! It is close to our home, has a nice area with chairs, coffees, etc. and everyone we talked to and met were so helpful and made it so I understood what they were saying. :/ We WILL go back in a heartbeat. Was in at 9 and out at 9:30. Oil change, filter and lube. 21 point check found a VERY DIRTY cabin filter which we replaced. Super Service coordinators. Mechnaics know what they are doing. Have been a customer since Honest ! opened. Certainly will continue!

My alternator failed and drained my battery that I just had replaced 14 months ago. Honest 1 was true to their warranty and replaced the alternator as well as the battery at no charge/under warranty. I really appreciate the honesty in the diagnosis and the repair. We have had a lot of work done on this vehicle at Honest 1, and they continue to do excellent work. I just question using remanufactured parts as replacements. Great service by Billy and his team! Thanks Guys!

After a long time I think I finally found my goto place for auto care.

Very nice establishment. Friendly staff. Appreciated the fact that they physically showed me what was wrong with my car, as oppose to just telling me what I need to fix with my next visit. If I was still living in the area I'd return here for car services.
