Estimates for repairs are overwhelming for folks that don't know much about cars. Better communication on what purpose of parts are that need repair and why and when they need to be done for most families on a budget would be real helpful. Prioritizing what can wait to be repaired and what can't wait since if we did everything on the estimates we could buy new cars. Quality of parts and finished product of the repair is awesome though.

Honest A-1 does good work but can be pricey for day to day items.
