Estimates for repairs are overwhelming for folks that don't know much about cars. Better communication on what purpose of parts are that need repair and why and when they need to be done for most families on a budget would be real helpful. Prioritizing what can wait to be repaired and what can't wait since if we did everything on the estimates we could buy new cars. Quality of parts and finished product of the repair is awesome though.

Honest A-1 does good work but can be pricey for day to day items.

Came in for my oil change appointment and got in immediately. Friendly staff. Quick service. But the thing that totally amazed me was a conversation I overheard where a caller was trying to reach an Honest-1 employee because she was in an emergency situation. Billy and the other front desk man went over and above to help that woman find her brother who worked at one of your other locations. Fine, fine men! Warmed my heart!!!

I called them at 9:30 in the morning to set up an appointment, they set me up at 2:00 PM and I got there they started the work (oil change and tire rotation). They finished in about a half hour. the employees and owner were very cheerful even though they were working on a Saturday.The customer lounge was very clean and the magazines they had to read were up to date.I will go back there again.
