Came in for my oil change appointment and got in immediately. Friendly staff. Quick service. But the thing that totally amazed me was a conversation I overheard where a caller was trying to reach an Honest-1 employee because she was in an emergency situation. Billy and the other front desk man went over and above to help that woman find her brother who worked at one of your other locations. Fine, fine men! Warmed my heart!!!

I called them at 9:30 in the morning to set up an appointment, they set me up at 2:00 PM and I got there they started the work (oil change and tire rotation). They finished in about a half hour. the employees and owner were very cheerful even though they were working on a Saturday.The customer lounge was very clean and the magazines they had to read were up to date.I will go back there again.

Good, friendly and professional service. Appreciated the information about other work needed and that it was prioritized. The service was completed an hour later than I was told but it didn't inconvenience me.

I've been using Honest One maintenance for my truck over the past 5 years have always been extremely pleased with their quality of work. The mechanics always kept me informed of the labor that needed to be performed and of any other issues that did not need immediate care. They have always been thorough in answering any questions I had regarding problems or mechanical concerns. The entire staff projects an efficient and professional manner while maintaining a friendly and personal touch with all their customers. Honest One lives up to their name and is, in all honesty, the best mechanical care I've ever experienced for any vehicle I've ever owned. They will always be my "go to" guys. Brian Lentz
