Peter & staff are there to see that your repair is taken care of the 1st time. But when it's not they truly do care. Thank you for the consideration and addressing the followup issue(s). No other place I'd rather go for my car service repair than at Honest-One.

I have been a regular customer for several years for oil changes and big car projects. They have an excellent customer service, very clear information and you pay for an excellent work. I really trust them for any major project. They do not have the cheapest price but they do an excelent job with our cars, their prices match the quality of their work. Also they offer ride to work if you want to drop off your car during the day.

They are very friendly,efficient and have a great play area for kids.

Took care of my van and it broken brake, then took care of my out-of-town godson who I brought in with a broken axle and bad ball joint. Got us both done on the same day and got him headed home in a much safer car. My thanks for that.

My constructive criticism would be to improve communication once a vehicle is in for repair work. Twice I have received no word when the work went well past the expected time frame. Most recently overnight and well into the next day. A call or text would be helpful and greatly appreciated so that we can plan and rearrange our schedule. Otherwise I've been very happy with your business.

I appreciate the honesty of your workers and the fact that they do not press you to get work done even though it is a scheduled task.
