Diagnosis of problem was quick, however the lack of a special tool kept my car at the shop longer than anticipated. Not a huge deal as they were able to communicate with me the progress that was being made and my car was eventually fixed with no added costs so I am overall happy with the service that I received.I am surprised that a loner car was not offered as my car was there for over 2 days.

Everyone at your place of business seems very interested in doing a very good job.

I always can get an appt when I want it, I don't feel pressured to have extra work done on my car that I haven't asked for.

Jason in particular was awesome, very knowledgable and interested. Everyone in general was very helpful, but Jason went above and beyond. It was painful to spend so much on repairs but I'm glad my car is in good shape for driving it cross-country in the middle of winter. Thanks.

I was only disappointed with the fact that the service took longer than I thought it should based on earlier promises that were made to me regarding the service. When it was said and done it worked out fine and I was pleased with the result.

We've had great experiences with Honest-1 Roseville. The staff are always friendly and easy to talk with.Their lobby is comfortable and nice place to wait in and there is also a fun kid's area. When the weather's nice, you can wait at Lake Josephine just a short walk down the street.We've been using Honest-1 for about 6 years.Thanks for the great service!!!

As a first time customer I can't believe how friendly you are. As soon as they notice my 3 year old daughter was present and a tv show not kid friendly was on they suggest her to play the kids area (fully equipped) I was pleased to see everything so clean and neat .... And the grand bonus I used a coupon so I ended up paying less than others dirty smelly shops..... I definitely coming back!!!

They were not pushy about me getting all of the repair work done at the same time. I will probably be back to have more of the work done.
