I'm happy with my visit. Altho, a friendly suggestion. You have a good automated system for alerting customers to recommended work that needs to be done. Your systems should find a way to alert the desk when the needed parts are not available. My work was diagnosed on Monday, I set up appt for Wednesday, even though I was told the needed part would be in on Tuesday. When I arrived on Wednesday, the part was NOT in. I don't drive very far, and left to run a few errands while they went to get the part. So, it wasn't a big deal. So, I'm just making a suggestion to how you could make your service even better.
We appreciated your valuable feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience that you've experienced. We typically have been able to get parts the day of the appointment. As a result, we don't typically ordered parts ahead of time, unless the vendor has indicated a lead time needed for the part. In your situation, it may have been available the day you've requested but problems with the delivery resulted in the delay.
