The front end people who dealt with me were all very nice and polite, apologized when the paperwork took longer than normal, and explained things to me. My air conditioner works great! The whole experience was good. I will definitely service my car there again.

The team was fast and informative. While I waited, the guys in front taught me all about WiFi. I am moving to Duluth and will miss taking my car for service at Honest-1.

Battery problem, gave me a loaner while they diagnosed, called me with results & quote, replaced battery, called me when done. Excellent customer service, free loaner. Would give them higher rating if desk guy would have remembered to email quote for another repair job. I liked the guy's attitude, answered my questions, polite. They could have said it was alternator, or other parts related to starting truck, but they didn't. Will try them again for next repair.

Thanks for your attention to the missing underplate, even though I agree with you that it is nearly a useless part. If its any comfort to you, I need to share that the Subaru garage also lost the part on one of my first oil changes. It wasn't the only reason I stopped going there for maintenance - it was one of MANY things that happened that made me look for a new place. I like your zip-ties, and the "hinge" effect. if there is enough clearance for work I think they should be retained on future oil changes!

The employees were very polite and efficient. Also the oil change was done quicker than at most service stations. The coffee was appreciated and there were also snack, which I did not eat this time.
