I was glad that the service was both fast and professional but most of all that the only recommended service was actually nessesary. It was a true indicator you live up to your name. I'd actually just ordered a replacement radiator that day knowing it was faulty and the only recommended service was exactly that. I needed to do some fairly extensive repairs on my Ford Escape recently, including a front left tie rod, struts, and some engine work. The staff at Honest-1 gave me an honest assessment of all required work, my options for repair, as well as a prioritized timeline for which items I should focus on in which order, in case I did not want to/or was not able to do do all the repairs at once. They worked with me to create a repair and payment plan that worked for me, and gave me a ride home while I waited for those repairs to be made. They also went above and beyond in assisting me with finding a used tire and in negotating with a previous shop that had changed my oil and caused some expensive damage to my oil pan. I was so pleased, I took them cookies. As always, a great job!
