They got me in last minute for an oil change. When I called and made the appointment, they asked if I had a coupon, and they had already deducted it before I picked up my car.

What a wonderful experience I had with Honest-1. The staff was able to get me in the same day for a relatively simple, yet quite serious problem. I was treated with such care, concern and respect. The repair was done very quickly and the price was much lower than I had anticipated. The gentlemen working the front desk was really wonderful - he took me seriously and treated me with respect. Thank you so much.

Needed brake service, called and talked to Ron, who said he could get me in his schedule if I could leave it for the afternoon. I live close by so that was fine. Around 4PM he called, and said the car was ready, so bring my coupon. Runs fine. I've been doing biz there ever since they opened and I've always been satisfied.

An unfortunate experience not once, but twice! However, the staff's immediate willingness, courtesy, and pleasant way, helped to get the problem fixed as quickly and fairly as possible. They are just the best. Truly, all's well that ends well. When bad things happen, as they do from time to time, a willingness to make it as right as possible earns Honest 1, five stars

I thought a 1 pm appt meant I would get my service beginning at 1 pm. I know it's a busy time of year for you. I'm wondering if this is standard practice, timewise?
