This was a very clean business, with very polite team. I did not feel pressure to have extra work done , no upselling at all, unlike Jiffy Lube. I had a noise on one tire so I expected I needed rear brakes, and they took care of it. My only suggested improvement is a bit better comms about expected timing of when the car would be looked at for an initial estimate, and completed. Overall, was very happy and will return.

This is my second time to have my 1998 F-150 serviced at Honest-1 and as before this was a very good experience in all regards. In all regards, I mean from the professional & timely service provided, the courtesy expressed by the staff/mechanics and particularly Carter, the service manager, who provided the estimate and the final bill which reflected the estimate exactly.
